We dropped off our 10' van after hours; we weren't sure of the procedure so we called the location. We got an immediate text response with very clear and personal instructions from the location customer service gal (she had lost her voice) - So easy!!
MICHAEL SShannon was amazing! Everything went smoothly and was exactly as I reserved. I ended up renting a unit and she had everything taken care of very efficiently. I highly recommend this location if you are ever in need.
