Traveled from channelview to Baytown twice and they say i went over 80 miles....impossible:(
JAMES HWhen someone orders packing blankets they should be there in the truck or available when the truck is picked up.. They should not be told that they (the customer) can probably get some from another location. THANKFULLY we found another location that supplied us with blankets. When the Uhaul called the day before to confirm our pickup location they should have informed us about the blankets so we could have planned that inconvenience into our moving day schedule.
JENNIFER GOnly issue is the place is not very well indicated in terms of signs and lighting, passed right by it the first time without seeing it.
