As a first time user I can say that I was thoroughly surprised of how well the truck travel. We were able to travel from Houston TX to Fort Worth TX with no incidents at all. The drop-off process was easy and I must say that I will probably use your service again.

The Uhaul Lockbox lock had Rain condensation on it; made it hard to.open lock to.retrieve keys; spent over 2o min to try.to type code in and open lock; need to.relocate key box/lock to.drier location

JAMES HWhen someone orders packing blankets they should be there in the truck or available when the truck is picked up.. They should not be told that they (the customer) can probably get some from another location. THANKFULLY we found another location that supplied us with blankets. When the Uhaul called the day before to confirm our pickup location they should have informed us about the blankets so we could have planned that inconvenience into our moving day schedule.
