BETHANY RFirst text from U Haul was to pick up equipment at BP. as reserved. Second and third text from U Haul was to pick up equipment Sunday morning at Jimmy Vickers...Jimmy Vickers is closed on weekends...returned to BP where they did have an auto transport trailer...clerk told me I was at wrong location for the trailer. It was awful explaining to clerk that I needed this trailer NOW...trailer was reserved on Feb 17th for pickup at BP...why all this hassle I have no idea. I will never do business at this location again. They gave me no paperwork...had to drive hundreds of miles with nothing. They claimed they couldn't give me a printed copy of the contract. Every other U Haul I have used always gives me a copy of the contract.
