This U-Haul did not leave the truck or they said they would I had trouble pulling out. The truck sounded like it was gonna explode the entire time I had it. Upon drop-off, they changed my drop off location, which changed my mileage, which is the reason that I’m not paying the unpaid balance. Customer service was zero help because it was a Sunday. completely disappointed.

Allison MThe size truck reserved three weeks in advance and confirmed online right up to the morning of pick up was not available. I was told "we won't be doing your rental today because we don't have that size" I insisted I must have a truck; and he called his boss. Boss said give her a 15' (20 was reserved) What we got was Not even 15. The dollys reserved we were told, were Not available. I was told it was all Handled and when I asked for paperwork, he said I "emailed" the receipt. I could not open it on my phone; when I got back and was able to open it on my computer, it was three times the amount quoted originally and Here Is The Worst Part I considered speaking to an attorney about, someone had FORGED my signature on it!!! The next day when I spoke to the BP station owner Robert, he made it right on the price and I have been too busy to think about it again while moving. I gave 2 stars instead of One for Poor, because he did correct the charges and offered for me to keep the truck, for an extra day. We did not; we returned albeit one hour 45 minutes later than expected but that was due to its size. However I did have an additional expense for the moving help because of the added trip needed due to its smaller size. I am Still Very Disappointed in my Overall experience and VERY UPSET someone decided it was okay to FORGE my signature.
