When I arrived, there was no one there who knew anything about the u haul side of the business nor knew I was coming. I got no notifications from this place prior. The clerk called the owner, and he said he couldn't come; he was sick. I called the u haul office to get help. No help there. I called another number who was A dealer down the road, I think. He assured me it would be fine to hook the trailer onto my truck myself and leave. WHAT? I did not feel comfortable doing that because if I did something wrong and had an accident, the insurance would not cover. I had the lady in the store to call the owner again. He finally came after about 30 minutes and a ton of aggravation for me, which my pickup was time sensitive. I was meeting someone to help me load the trailer and I was really late. The owner hooked it up gave me no paperwork and did not ask for signatures of anything and took maybe 10 minutes. Wow, in short, I don't recommend anyone to use a local service station u haul center especially this one. Next time I will choose the dealer myself after I look at all the reviews.

I dropped off the vehicle a full day early. The person was rude, did not pick up several calls that I made to the location, said she was too busy to answer the phones, only spoke to me when I showed up and said she was bothered, overworked as the only person there, and would deal with the return. Told me I didn't need to sign anything and she'd check it in. Apparently she did not, and I got a late notice and a demand email saying it was going to be reported stolen. THEN I got a paid in full receipt??? This has been a real hassle and UHaul should make it right.

Brian SThe vehicle had alot of damage dents, scrapes. The windshield was cracked, the window was down it had rained there were lizards in the cab and the truck had just under half tank of fuel. I asked attendant for the keys I presented my identification and my phone with my confirmation number and she still had me wait until after she called her boss at home. The attendant had no clue of the amount of damage there was to the vehicle. I was extremely disappointed.
