Jaden RYard was stuffed and it was difficult to get around. Staff i spoke to just said to drop it off and they would check it in later that day. They absolutely forgot to do anything and almost got me charged for being late. It took 2+ weeks to get it closed out. Thankfully the regional mgr was very understanding as I could show I did drop it off on time. Thankfully no issue in the end.
ANDREW SIt was clean. But smelled like cigarette. Really strong smell. Also the AC was not cooling at all. And the hidden fees are insane.
