There was only one employee trying to help everyone. She could have used some help. That created a long wait time. There was one light out on the trailer, but not a big deal.
Mark RFirst truck had a lock on it and we had to take it back. No one knew why or how to remove it Was given a second truck and told we would get $15 discount on final bill per employee Drew. Never received discount when I got final bill this afternoon
Jami HCustomer service was excellent. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful.
Gabriel DI notified the location. Check engine light was on, but truck had no issues. Also, the door seal came off when I opened the passenger door during use, not sure why. Overall, was to rent but the app would not let me log in or use the mobile pick up for some reason. Luckily the site/location was open and I could be assisted by the friendly coordinator that was on-site.
