We were not informed that we could have saved a lot of money if we just returned the truck to the same location for our local move. We thought that by saving 10 miles and returning the truck a little bit closer to our destination we would be saving gas and thus money. It turns out we paid quite a bit more than was necessary.
OSCAR VMolinos staff was very helpful and professional. I have no issue with that. My issue is, when I had to fuel the vehicle, something is mechanically wrong with the fuel fill inlet. It took me 15 to 20 minutes to fill half a tank because the fuel kept backing up in the fuel fill tube to the tank. It appeared the ventilation system was blocked, as it kept "burping" back out. This happened with every fuel fill stop at various fuel stations. The vehicle was already loaded when I had to make my first fuel stop. It would have been more of an inconvenience to try and get another vehicle, unload and load another vehicle. Therefore, I just put up with the fueling issue moving my daughter to another state. Overall, the vehicle fit my needs for the move and was surprisingly more comfortable than I expected. But the fueling issue, really left me partly unsatisfied with the rental.
