I like to show up to a actual brick and morter U-Haul site to pick up. This was a remote location on a farm.

JOE MThe trailer and transaction was fine. The inside of the store has a terrible smell. It was hard to stand in there long enough to complete the transaction.
Brian ODrop location you would never know it was a U-Haul facility. It was like part farm, and part run down convenience store. The guys inside didn’t know what they were doing. I had unused packaging materials (bubble wrap) and they didn’t know how to return it.
