Don’t penalize someone for renting one way by not giving them enough miles to their destination. Don’t offer a deal for dropping off at another location saying it was 12 miles more when it is actually double that! I have rented about four times from you in the last 6 months. Do better, U Haul.

migdalia pNext time have somebody check the truck in instead of a drop off and there was no key in the back of the truck like they said there would be it was in the fence we had no way to unlock it we had to find a call and took us to almost 3 hours to rent that truck

Jesus MDon’t have a pick up location at the side of the road with no office in sight. Hardly any gas in the tank. We didn’t receive the blankets we paid for. Driver’s side wiper only cleared the upper third of the window making it hard to see the road on the rain and snow we drove through.
