Make picking up the truck and drop off instructions more straight forward took me a hr to get my truck picked up and another hr just to drop it off and then i proceeded to get charged 215$ for wrong drop off location. I would not recommend this to anyone i know. No worker on site was any help and did not make me feel welcomed.

Don’t penalize someone for renting one way by not giving them enough miles to their destination. Don’t offer a deal for dropping off at another location saying it was 12 miles more when it is actually double that! I have rented about four times from you in the last 6 months. Do better, U Haul.

migdalia pNext time have somebody check the truck in instead of a drop off and there was no key in the back of the truck like they said there would be it was in the fence we had no way to unlock it we had to find a call and took us to almost 3 hours to rent that truck
