ALMA BThey moved my drop off location a day after we got the rental - only 2 blocks down, no big deal. Easy to check out - only issue we had was struggling to find the drop box, it was kind of tucked away. I think having the person who sent me drop off location could have explained where the drop box was would be helpful.

Kassandra RI was charged $250 total between multiple charges. When my truck was only supposed to cost $75+tax. The employees at this location over charged me, made a mistake of charging me for a “missing dolly” when I never even ordered or used one. Then on top of it they said a manger would reach out and I called back twice in the same day and still never received a call back. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. They don’t know what they’re doing!
