Be sure all the tie downs and tires are properly maintained. I had to go back and have a tie down replaced. Then had a blowout halfway to my destination. I will mention the tow truck arrived promptly and was was more than helpful. He even checked the other tires and and secured the tie downs. The help center was very prompt getting a tow truck out and would call back to see how things were going.

KEVIN SMy go-to place when i need to rent a trailer. Friendly Auto Centers in Mesa have always been helpful and good to work with.
TERRY MOverall it was a good experience. However, after i got home, i discovered that the license and number on the trailer didn't match the numbers on the contract. I think they should check the information before handing the contract to the customer. It was a fairly minor glitch in the overall experience, which was good.
