The trucks are parked very close together. Not a huge deal for me and other competent drivers. It could be a ploy to try and get people to scratch em up. Also unrelated to this location, U-Haul themselves need to improve big time. I couldn't even get the app to send me a OTP to login, and even when on the browser, the website would not load. This caused me to waste 45 minutes waiting for the support person to help me complete the return.

Harold HVery nice people
Andy SIt has always been customary when you rent a trailer. That you have 24 hours to use it and return it. I had no idea when I rented from this location that it was a body shop and I was renting my trailer on a Saturday at 8:30 a.m. I was then told I had to have the trailer back by 2:30 p.m. they're parking lot is horrible and was absolutely impossible to get the trailer off of the back of my truck. And of course it was absolutely no one there to assist me I had to go ask a guy at the Car Wash next door to help me get the thing off my truck. Why are they renting you Halls from facilities when they're not available for drop off? I won't rent from this facility again
Michelle EQuick return which was appreciated after driving 1800 miles and unloading on the hottest day of the summer :/
