How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt has always been customary when you rent a trailer. That you have 24 hours to use it and return it. I had no idea when I rented from this location that it was a body shop and I was renting my trailer on a Saturday at 8:30 a.m. I was then told I had to have the trailer back by 2:30 p.m. they're parking lot is horrible and was absolutely impossible to get the trailer off of the back of my truck. And of course it was absolutely no one there to assist me I had to go ask a guy at the Car Wash next door to help me get the thing off my truck. Why are they renting you Halls from facilities when they're not available for drop off? I won't rent from this facility again
