Really old and dirty truck - over 140K miles; A/C only worked half the time (on a 100-degree day). Shop wasn't open at 7am (scheduled pickup time); no instructions on where to put the combination lock that was on the back of the truck after I opened it to retrieve the key.

Missing blanket that I paid for. Charged extra because the mileage on the truck did not match what was in the system. Difficult to drive in as another truck was right at the tight spaced entrance.
