Staff need training on how to check out trailers. I waited 45 minutes while they struggled to complete my transaction. During the process they deleted my reservation and had to start the process over.

Ashley STo have rentals available that were booked. 6 inches of snow nothing plowed could not see drive ways. Was asked to hitch up the trailer myself and come back to office for approval. U-Haul is just one of their businesses on the property and may not be as important.
