Based on previous reviews, I called ahead to confirm drop-off procedure. The gentleman on the phone was pleasant and was in the lot when I arrived. He unhooked the trailer and I was out of there quickly. No complaints.
NICHOLAS SI called the day before my pickup to inquire about when I would pick up the trailer and the number of days I would be charged for. I didn't need to pick up the trailer till the evening; however, if I wouldn't be getting charged an extra day for picking it up in the morning, I would come and do that. The woman I spoke to assured me that it wouldn't matter, as long as I returned it on the return day. Well, when I came to return it, she charged me for an extra day...that's not what I was told, and it's why I called and asked in the first place. I was misled, and I'm very disappointed. I won't rent here again.

Gary SStaff need training on how to check out trailers. I waited 45 minutes while they struggled to complete my transaction. During the process they deleted my reservation and had to start the process over.
