VERY hard to park the 20-ft truck there outside the storage gate. Hardly any space. The office was closed a couple hours. I filled up gas before dropping off truck & left keys in their drop-off. They handled my return accurately. Thank you.

Everything was great. 2 things: there was no washer fluid, didn't know it till needed it. Would have been great to have cruise control. Gas mileage was much better than I thought. I would definately use again. Was a 15'. Service was terrific both getting truck and returning. Thank you uhaul!
