I had a very disappointing experience with this location. I was charged extra $37 without any clear explanation or notice. The parked trucks were positioned unsafely—some even near the rail line—making it dangerous to drive in and out. The truck provided was very old and poorly maintained. Additionally, the office was extremely difficult to locate. Overall, it was a frustrating and unsafe experience that needs urgent attention and improvement.
NAZMUL HI was told to put any number as estimated miles as I would be refunded if I didnt use all of them. Out of 25, I used only 8, but no refund was received. The persn at the counter didnt know what he was doing at all.
DILJOT SThe lot is tight. I used a neighbouring lot to park my personal vehicle during the move. I found the self-checkout experience intuitive and reasonably easy to use.
