Didn’t provide dollys that I paid for, no one around to help (short hours), car parked in a rough spot to get out of.
Ilianna NWhat a pain… it took me 45 min to get the van. I really, really , please tell people when they book a rental what a fiasco it will be to get all your references in place. I would have done it ahead of time if I had known. Also, I reserved a dolly but there was none in the van when I arrived.
Steve TI would not recommend this place. For the reason that I paid for a dolly that I never received, the back of the truck was full of piles of dirt and leaves. The person at the U-Haul did not tell me that I had to take pictures before and after of the vehicle. I was not told to take a picture of the mileage at the beginning and a picture of the mileage at the end. The truck broke down and I had to get a boost from somebody so I could get the truck back on time. I would love a call from a U-Haul representative that can help with my bill and remove the dolly and ensure that I only get paid for around 8 km.
