The pick up was not at the location of my choice. Was called the day prior and was told I had to pick it up at a different address. Was not informed that the address was not a U-Haul facility and was a Liqour Store that was used as a pick up location. I did not find that the app was user-friendly.

The people on site were very nice, but U-Haul as a company, complete garbage. Shoving me onto a dysfunctional app, with no one available to resolve my issues on line or via phone. Clearly, you guys a milking well depreciated assets and taking customers for granted. I will try ever alternative to U-haul going forward.
