The pick up location was changed on us 2 days before. We had ordered a dolly, a handtruck and furniture pads and none of them were in truck. Also, the box information was incorrect. If we had been moving from an apartment this would have been a huge problem which is unacceptable. The location didn’t open until 9 and we couldn’t wait as we had a 7am pick up time. Very disappointing.

The pick up was not at the location of my choice. Was called the day prior and was told I had to pick it up at a different address. Was not informed that the address was not a U-Haul facility and was a Liqour Store that was used as a pick up location. I did not find that the app was user-friendly.
Dyann AThe people on site were very nice, but U-Haul as a company, complete garbage. Shoving me onto a dysfunctional app, with no one available to resolve my issues on line or via phone. Clearly, you guys a milking well depreciated assets and taking customers for granted. I will try ever alternative to U-haul going forward.
