It would be great if they inform or remind customers of the process so they can check the mileage, fuel, and condition of rental with a rep or through the app before leaving the location. I was handed a key and that’s it. No one walked out with me or discussed the process. Outside of that, I was happy with U-Haul, the truck, and the customer service reps that helped me at different stages of my experience. Everyone was friendly and helped resolve any problems and address my concerns.
