Daniel CThe location is on a very busy street of Miami; West Flagler Street. Ingress and egress can be a challenge. There is metered parking near but overnight parling is not recommended. Overall the staff is amazing and they make all the difference for a tough location.

luis bThe store itself is lie an episode from Hoarders. You cannot even walk into the register without risking stepping on something and falling. The woman working there withheld my deposit bscause there were dead bugs on the OUTSIDE of the truck. I cannot dodge insects while driving on the highway. This is where the trult nightmarish story begins and UHaul has wasted soooooooo much of my time this week I will NOT waste more and while UHaul has now admitted that they owe me my deposit, I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT.
