The store itself is lie an episode from Hoarders. You cannot even walk into the register without risking stepping on something and falling. The woman working there withheld my deposit bscause there were dead bugs on the OUTSIDE of the truck. I cannot dodge insects while driving on the highway. This is where the trult nightmarish story begins and UHaul has wasted soooooooo much of my time this week I will NOT waste more and while UHaul has now admitted that they owe me my deposit, I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT.

The customer service at Falero was excellent. We had another reservation that Uhaul contacted us to change our location pick up since the one we picked via online was closed and the other was a mile away. They gave us the address. Well, we navigated to the place and it took us to a warehouse. We tired finding it but looked up another Uhaul and it was Falero. We went there and explained everything. They told us that we had to cancel our current reservation so that they could make one for us at their place. They were so accommodating. Great customer service and communication.
