excellent and perfect everything
ANDRES GThe location was closed in the middle of the day. It had a sign be back in 10 minutes, but Inhad to wait 20 minutes for it to open. Also, I am being charged twice for the same transaction. I have had issue with this location multiple times. Location is very unprofessional
Samuel GGood afternoon, I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience. From a customer service standpoint, the representative at the counter was slightly rude, did not greet me, and was answering his personal phone while discussing personal matters that were not appropriate in a customer setting. Additionally, the equipment (truck) was not in the best condition. The interior was dirty, the steering wheel was not straight, and the low tire pressure sensor was on. I understand some wear and tear is normal for rental equipment; however, I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention.
