The employees at Freeway were great. Helped me put trailer in vehicle. Explained right and wrong way to tow. Explained how to strap vehicle down for towing. Just all out great experience

The truck was fine however inside the cab smelled like someone had been smoking packs of cigarettes. Needed the truck for our band competition and to get back to Parrish, FL. So dealt with it but it was unpleasant. Working to get a refund from corporate on this rental as the truck we rented on Thursday 11/6 from 7735 US 41, Palmetto, FL broke down due to suspension issue and were unable to continue to use that truck and had to pay for this new one instead of being setup with a replacement without fee due. TY
John VNobody there to help and attend we reserved a dolly and never got it
ROLANDO VLocation was closed the day I dropped off (3 days earlier than planned), should have checked before going there to find an open and more convenient location, so that's on me.
Scott TI even need a Allen key to pull up a television table stand at the location and the gentleman loan me a set. They were very helpful in helping me call a Uber ride from that point to pick up my rent a car.
