Cargo van was brand new! Check in and out was efficient. Everything was perfect!!
BERNARD PI returned with the truck at 1:30 and the office was not open. The sign on the door said they would return at 2:15. However, it said that their office would be open from 9:00 to 6:00. That was frustrating.
