The rep that gave me the truck was not welcoming at all. His attitude was dismissive. When I returned the truck he didn’t want to check it so that I could leave. He said he had to due his closing duties and could not check the truck. I insisted so that no surprises would show up on my final receipt but he refused. And of course now I see a $30 gas fee even though I added the required amount of gas to the truck. This was my first and also my last time renting here.
