The truck is rented was not operating properly. The truck thermostat need to be fixed as the truck ac was not working. I had a catering event in Jupiter and had to drive 81 miles in heat. I spent over 400 for this rental and I am requesting a partial refund for the inconvenience. I have proof of the error message from the truck if anyone needs to verify my encounter.
LENA SThe truck I rented was not visually inspected. I live about 5 minutes away from the location and the truck was infested with ants. They were biting up my feet which left me with swelling and very itchy. I couldn't sleep at all that night due to the itchiness. I had to spray with ant killer just to move my stuff the next morning. It was not a pleasant experience and worst part was at drop off I was not even offered any sort of discount or an apology.
EDWARD KCargo van was brand new! Check in and out was efficient. Everything was perfect!!
BERNARD PI returned with the truck at 1:30 and the office was not open. The sign on the door said they would return at 2:15. However, it said that their office would be open from 9:00 to 6:00. That was frustrating.
