Recommend a different drop off location. The owner/personnel was not receptive and at first, indicated that he couldn’t help unhook the trailer from my vehicle. The trailer didn’t have a hand crank lift on it and needed his tractor to unhook it. He reluctantly got his forklift to take it off

Wet nice folks, top notch
Gregory HI was told that one of the representative would contact me to let me know where to drop the trailer which he did call (very rude) but said he'd text me the address which he never did. I called back last night on the impression and experience that each rental are due before 12. I don't feel to be penalized for someone else mistake which I've never encountered anything like this.

LANDTON MLawnmower repair in Middleburg, FL disallowed on-site vehicle loading; had to park accross highway, double-back and load. Delayed ETA. Truck Rear leaf springs worn; couldn't support weight of cargo. No jounce & rebound support for suspension. Had to drive 50mph for 6 hours. Severly delayed arrival time. Not OK. Auto Transport carrier left side ramp retention lock broke. PakMail not identified in app, under reservation; only the address. Couldn't find key drop box. wasted 2 hours on a return trip to drop off key.
