The young lady that helped me with my rental in Middleburg was excellent. She was able to get me checked out and ready to roll as quickly as possible. She explained everything to me very well, and was extremely personable. I wish all of my retail transactions were this well managed. She rally made it seem as if I was important and that she really cared about making sure everything went smoothly. The only negative thing I would say was that the UHaul computer system was terribly slow. If the system had responded in “real-time” to her inputs, I would have been checked out at least 30 minutes earlier than I was. However, the young lady explained the issues with the checkout system to me and was extremely apologetic. Overall her, the staff and the facility get 5 out of 5 stars!
