Easy drop off but I did not understand the extra mileage charges?
Brian MIt’s a gun shop that has a uhaul rental. The employees are unenthusiastic about the uhaul side.
SKYLER AI wasn’t given a paper contract. I was told keys were in the vehicle. I reserved a truck for 4 hours. Well that was a problem because they closed in 3 hours. I asked about an after hours drop box. I was told they didn’t have one. Even though I clearly saw the drop box outside. They were slow to check me out with a truck. Dropped of truck at 4 pm on Saturday. I was told to leave my name. The truck wasn’t check in till late Monday morning. Never again will I rent from this location again. I had no idea if I had the correct vehicle when I never got a written contract. First truck had a dead battery. No problem just drive the other truck. Since all the keys are left in the truck was I under contract. Poor customer service at this location.
