1) They charged us for a cleaning fee and a fuel surcharge when we put the exact amount of fuel in the truck that was in it when we got it! 2) There were leaves in the truck when we got it, the windshield was filthy - even the lady in the yard swept the leaves out when she loaded the hand truck. 3) The Ramp was entirely too short for this truck. It was obvious that it was swapped out. Very Dangerous.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEvery time I rent from a UHaul store location something always goes wrong. But I’ve rented several times from these guys and it has always been great. The equipment is clean, newer, and in great repair. Renting from them is easy and always goes off without any problems. They are quick!

Tom ARip-off. There is nobody at the return site but the lady on the phone told me to just drop it off. I returned the trailer perfectly clean but was automatically charged a cleaning fee. I protested but to no use.
Steve HI had a wonderful experience renting an enclosed trailer for a last minute to help someone to move into a storage unit. I found it very easy for pickup and drop off. Very friendly and easy to talk with. Gerat prices. I can not think of anything more they could do to make it a better experience. We'll maybe rent the trailers free of charge. Lol
