Paul SAnswer the phone during the posted business hours. Have personnel on site who can operate the uhaul system. No one was even there when I returned the dolly at 2pm on a weekday. Dolly was good & just what I needed.

jeffrey bI was charged a fuel fee when I brought he unit back with about the dame milage to empty. Also a cleaning Fee? Ridiculous.
