Discuss the options available for insurance and explain the process to clients. The online check-in process was a hassle due to Internet limitations. Provide an option to check in manually if possible.
VALERIE BEven though I only needed the truck for 2 days I was forced to pay a minimum four day fee for it. Though paying for 4 days I was only allowed 44 extra miles. But even with that it was barely enough to get to my destination. So I paid the 2 extra days but did not have milage to even use the truck those 2 extra days. So why is there a 4 day minimum if you won't allow miles to use the truck those 4 days?
