We arrived to our pick up location to find the truck was not available even though it was clearly parked and available. The dispatcher that called and rebooked me here from our original location did not arrange for the online pick up even though the business was closed at that time. We were rebooked for a location in a very dangerous area at a business without lighting in the parking lot. It was a very very stressful situation, and wasted most of our evening when it could have been quick, easy, and efficient.
