Everything was easy. Only thing I didn’t like was during the online reservation there where too many attempts to add stuff on when all I wanted was to get the trailer and checkout

ALEXIS BEverything was great dropped off the truck, the women was nice and helped us get in and out within 10 to 15 min not bad
ODESSA RThe location was supposed to open at 9:00 a.m. we were there at 9:15 and the door was locked and all lights were out. When we were about to leave the man came out and told us to come in. He's an elderly man and very slow on the computer. He had to start over 3 times and kept blaming it on the computer. The location closed early. Supposed to close at 5 p.m. We were there at 4:30 and it was closed. On the key Dropbox there was a note to return the truck via the U-Haul app. So I had to download the app in order to do this. The app is a joke. Not user friendly at all. After about 45 minutes the app finally took the return. Not really a good experience.
