I didn't have time to spend cleaning the truck. I could hardly see through the windshield when driving towards the sun. I was charged $30 for something I thought was $5. I could not pick up the truck on time because corporate sent me across the highway to a different location Sat night with an order that reverted back to the original order without notification. The whole experience with uHaul as a whole was a bad experience.

Great pickup!
ERICK LThe rep, Titus, went above and beyond during our rental. Unfortunately, I was unaware the 10' trucks do NOT have loading ramps, and hence, a truck change was necessary. Titus was PROACTIVE in evaluating options - in store - immediate results to find a solution in the Uhaul software system - technology being used saved us TIME (we already lost driving all the way home and back) and MONEY!!! Thank you Titus for your ingenuity, resourcefulness and initiative to serve my daughter and I!!!
Sharla WStaff was super friendly and helpful. However, the truck had no windshield fluid and the wipers were entirely ineffective. This caused us to be in a potentially deadly situation when a storm hit while on the highway. Otherwise, I would’ve rated this experience much higher.
