Not a thing. The two gentlemen were very professional. Even friendly. One took the extra step of calling me to tell me there were some carpet remnants that I overlooked in the truck. That was after he flagged me down as I was leaving to give me a whole 7’x5’ rug I had left. Excellent customer care. Highly recommend! RR Ringo

CANDON BI didn't have time to spend cleaning the truck. I could hardly see through the windshield when driving towards the sun. I was charged $30 for something I thought was $5. I could not pick up the truck on time because corporate sent me across the highway to a different location Sat night with an order that reverted back to the original order without notification. The whole experience with uHaul as a whole was a bad experience.
