Need to clearly indicate somewhere on the location information area - VERY LARGE LETTERS or something that will call it out to people that even though they have drop off hours available, there is NO ONE there during certain days/times. Also - there is VERY LITTLE space to leave the trucks. We were very lucky to find one last spot to park our 26' truck. There is a security gate to get back to where the storage units are located, and very few spaces out in front. There was another customer there to pick up their rental on the same day we returned ours and they were looking for someone to help them - they had no idea which truck to take. Very poor communication and customer service overall.

Please ensure that all reserved equipment is available at the designated pickup location. When I arrived, I was informed that the dollies I had reserved were not available. Only after my prompting did they reach out to other locations to find my reserved equipment.
