The contract said I had until May 3 (Sunday) to return the trailer. I returned the trailer on May 2 (Saturday). The business was closed. I called the telephone number for the business to let them know I returned the trailer and a recorded message said they would call back. Never happened. I called the central office and received an invoice stated returned and paid in full. On May 4 I received another invoice for an extra day’s use of the trailer. U-HAUL seems to be in a shambles. Customer service is awful.

They gave me the wrong trailer. I reserved an auto transport and they gave me a two wheel dolly. Had to request off work and then they wasted my day with this mistake.
JUAN STHE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THEE COST OF THE UHAUL. I ONLY RENTED IT FOR 1 DAY. I RENTED IT ON FRIDAY NIGHT AND BROUGHT IT BACK ON SATURDAY NIGHT WITH MORE GAS IN IT THAN WHEN I PICKED IT UP.
VICKI SLocation hung up on me when I was attempting to confirm truck/ equipment. Truck had spills on the inside/ dirty floor boards, had to automatically put $50 of gas in the truck but had to return it full/ pay for it to be full.
