I paid $10 for a dolly rental and it was not in the u-haul. They were closed and couldn't get any help

CYNTHIA DLady in the office was rude and not helpful at all. We had to do everything for ourselves and staff there did nothing to help hook up, inspect or run down the additional materials we ordered and they didn’t have at this location.
