I paid $10 for a dolly rental and it was not in the u-haul. They were closed and couldn't get any help

CYNTHIA DLady in the office was rude and not helpful at all. We had to do everything for ourselves and staff there did nothing to help hook up, inspect or run down the additional materials we ordered and they didn’t have at this location.
Neal HThe location itself is fine, but this is a TOWING COMPANY and it has "NO PARKING" signs everywhere on the property. As I was only needing the truck for a short period of time I needed to leave my car AND NOT GET TOWED. I ended up waking the incall wrecker driver at the business to verify that I would not be towed if I parked. I was only able to get an answerable number from UHaul
