At first it Wasn't quite clear that my reservation changed from returning to same location to a one way. ended up working out just fine with the help of family. This specific place had a guy talk me through getting the key out of a locker and set me up and on my way (over the phone). Overall good experience, would do it again. Truck worked great.

I returned the vehicle on the correct day, however this location didn’t process it until the following day. This resulted in me being charged extra for a day. Couldn’t connect with the manager because he wasn’t available, thankfully customer care was able to resolve the error. All that said it was a waste of time that neither customer care or I should have had to deal with. To top it off the email address to reach out to regarding billing questions was returned to me as undeliverable. Here is the bad email address: 730003_GM@uhaul.com Overall the return process was not good.
NOEL SThe truck ended up having some serious safety issues that the first location would be unaware. I left documentation with the facility in Branson as to the deficiencies involved.
tim cThe truck was supposed to cost $19.95 but ended up costing $45. I had reserved a 10’ truck in Seward but they didn’t have one available. They set me up with the 15’ truck from Milford, supposedly for the same rate. Other than that, all was good.
Kara WCraig did an excellent job. He’s very friendly and goes out of his way to help you. Would definitely recommend.
