Balcom Bros went above and beyond to provide me with a nice truck at a moment's notice, technically after they had closed, and did it while joking with me. One of the few locations on my "always trust" list!

MEEGAN NThe 20ft U-Haul truck was surprisingly easy to drive. Lots of power, no slowing down on hills. The automatic was very easy and did very well. Heater worked well. FYI ... I found you could turn the TOW/Load off while in motion. Two other comments. The headlights on this truck are too high. High beams are not pointed correctly. So high as to be ineffective. Not interested in the trees above the road. The ramp was OK but a lift tailgate would have been nice for heavier items.
Herbert SIt was great to have a human to schedule this rental. I originally booked a truck on line to pick up in Peterborough NH. I canceled that order because of the difficulty’s of getting a key to the truck.
