The lady in the office was on the car doing my drop off. There was a sign on the door that said be back at 2:15 when it was after 3. When I asked for assistance she said it would be 30 more minutes. I left the keys with her and on a 8mile rental receipt she charges 71$ in gas charges. I was able to get this handled when I called the uhaul toll-free number however, the fact she charged me that seem suspicious.
