Truck was not ready when we arrived. The never gave us a hand truck. Engine light was on and brakes were bad.

I returned keys and equipment to this location early! I also asked was there anything else I needed to do for this return and the woman told me no. 2 hours later I get an email saying I still have the truck! So I got charged an extra $58 bucks! Thankfully the great people at uhual straighten this all up for me or I'd be out of an extra $58 bucks for a truck I already returned.
DAVID NI came in with the urgent request and I was serviced right away and got the truck within 10 minutes. I really appreciate that Store they were professional and very, very, very helpful.
