Bald tires, did not have furniture pads had to go to another location for those. Only person knowable of renting at doctors appointment, daughter (employee) didn’t know. Furniture pads was on reservation.

Inform the employees to give drop off customers a little more instruction. Something like, “park your vehicle in designated area, record mileage and gas, recommend taking photos and THEN drop key in lock box. We had to figure it out after a long day of moving.
Julie CI dropped off two different pieces of equipment on two different days. Phone reception was poor so I couldn't self check in and they were not in position to give me a receipt. No one answers the phone. Nice parking lot.
Roger ODidn’t take license, fuel gauge was wrong and text message to verify condition and mileage / fuel wasn’t sent
Allen CU-Haul needs to better know what equipment each location has and does not have. They did not have the dolly’s we requested. The location apologized and helped us as much as they could.
