The pickup location was changed without informing me at a farther location. Luckily I tried calling to confirm my appointment the day before since nobody called me. But it cost me additional miles due to the change as well.

I honestly will probably never run from U-Haul again. First off your marketing is extremely misleading. It cost me $200 when advertised at 20+ the cost of gas, which that is understandable. The check-in process was abysmal as even though I had service neither the app nor the website actually allowed me to click on any button to actually check in. The person at the location did not know anything about it and had to call the manager who was not even at the store thus delaying my time. Honestly, the worst experience renting a vehicle I’ve ever had.
