My pick up location was changed the night before my pickup. This location is challenging to drive a moving truck out of.JACOB N.
It's a busy location and well-run. My only complaint is with the app used to return my equipment after-hours. I struggled for 15 minutes trying to enter the current mileage for my returned van - 13095. The Uhaul return app WOULD NOT ACCEPT an input of "0" in the middle of these numbers, and I had to enter a different number to move through the app and complete the return. The app also DOES NOT HAVE any comment section where I could have explained this! I called the UHaul phone number and finally got someone on the phone to explain all this to. Much more user testing of your "complete your return" app needs to be done. It was very frustrating. The other problem was trying to find the after-hours lock box to deposit the keys to the van. There were three customers wandering around the lot and building trying to find the drop box, which is cleverly hidden.DEBRA A.

There were 4 employees â€œworking.â€ I was only person in line. They waited two minutes to help me as they talked about who was swapping shifts with whom. They seemed annoyed I was there. Make sure you put down the right miles. Don't lie to the customer about getting a month free storage. When its not free. I was charged 214.00 for storage plus another 71.00 for mileage when the truck said 1000 miles less when I got to my destination. Yea doesn't make any sence right. Help the customer and do not tell them to fo online and make changes. Have good customer service, not sleepy and cranky. Take customers to unit and go over things. This was ridiculous ðŸ˜’ 1/4 tank.of gas? It should be full when you pick it up and clean!! There was coffee spilled all over truck I had to clean up! Staff need to be more friendly, and helping. Also, I was charge an extra $19.12 for gas when I already filled the gas to the proper line as it was when I rented the pickup truck. Might want to look into your staffing and find out why they charging customers for extra gas.. or due a walk through with the customer at the end, when we bring the vehicle back to drop off.Cleavion W.
I was told to go to 3 locations to find a Uhaul before I finally got to a location that actually had the truck I requested. When I finally got my truck it was in terrible condition. The mirrors couldn't be adjusted and really was not safe to drive. On top of it all I ended up getting charged much more than I was originally quoted, including a fuel charge even though I filled the truck right before returning it.JAMES S.
Van hadnt been cleaned out from previous use. Staff were incredibly unhelpful. Check out took an age. Parking on return was a joke - had to street park along with about ten others because the lot was completely full and overflowing. If I could do it all again, I'd never rent this.Laurie L.
