R and J Towing is hidden behind a dirt road, the only signage you see if "R& J" The only hint that there is a U Haul drop off is a small 6 inch sign on a metal box Thank fully, there was a friendly employee there and she went through all of the Drop Off procedures. I would like to thank her for taking her time to do so, and to point out she and her coworker were swamped on the phone due to the terrible ice and snow conditions (To me this looked more like an emergency tow haul business) Despite the lack of signage, the friendliness more then made up for it

You have to leave the pavement and drive the truck on a dirt road. Wasn't easy for our Uber driver to find after dropping off the truck. This was not the location I requested when I rented the truck. Larry was great to work with when we dropped off the truck.

Jessica SWas called about having to pick up UHaul trailer at a location by 5pm. Was wrong location and the other location closed at 4pm. Luckily I was able to get keys. However the rest of my order was not there so I had to go to a different U-Haul site to get that and then they forgot a few things with it. Very frustrating.
Tim CAlthough, no one was there to check me in, it was easy. They do have a drop off key box. The grounds were clean. Location was easy to get to.
