How U-Haul Reviews WorkMake sure you're taking photos and videos of everything, they lied and said I had property damage. I quote scratch on the front and damage although not specified to the trailer. It's a bunch of BS and they charge just $300 more for it.
Isaiah pR and J Towing is hidden behind a dirt road, the only signage you see if "R& J" The only hint that there is a U Haul drop off is a small 6 inch sign on a metal box Thank fully, there was a friendly employee there and she went through all of the Drop Off procedures. I would like to thank her for taking her time to do so, and to point out she and her coworker were swamped on the phone due to the terrible ice and snow conditions (To me this looked more like an emergency tow haul business) Despite the lack of signage, the friendliness more then made up for it
BRUCE SYou have to leave the pavement and drive the truck on a dirt road. Wasn't easy for our Uber driver to find after dropping off the truck. This was not the location I requested when I rented the truck. Larry was great to work with when we dropped off the truck.
