I returned my rental two days early. Got a bill for extra miles that I did not drive. I figured my miles at 1424, but they figured 1777. Doesn't add up. I am disputing the over miles charges. Very disappointed. Couldn't reach and talk in person to the Minot location.

It was 2:30 pm on a Tuesday afternoon, and the business was closed, so I just put the trailer next to another one. No one checked it out

Wanted to pick up trailer by 9am (made reservation a month in advance) didn't get the trailer until 12, and the contract was all messed up. Had wrong trailer number,name,and location on it. Nothing matched and because of this it took me two hours to be able to return trailer.

This is HANDS DOWN the best moving experience I have ever had. There was a schedule error, and before I could even begin to worry about it, I got a call the secretary lady (whose name I am almost certain is Sharon) and she fixed it in seconds with no hassle. She explained everything very thoroughly, explained the price and bill, and was EXTREMELY friendly. To top it all off, she was very fast, professional and RELIABLE, which are words I don't toss around lightly. I am definitely recommending this location to everyone I know who has moving needs! A+ service!

This was not my original pickup location orig. Chosen. My experience was awful and it cost me labor, hardship, money, stress, lost time and lots of wasted time & effort on the phone with traffic/regional office ..only to be told not to call again because there was nothing they could do for me. I was suppose to pick up the truck on Jan1 @8am (time given by an employee at the Broadway office) so I schedule movers/help to load & hotel stay. The day came & it wasn't ready and then later received a text saying 12noon & later told by Tamara hinz from traffic at 6pm. All 3.times the truck was not ready. I was stressed and embarrassed with calling and canceling help. I finally lost my movers/load helpers and had to hire 2 near by neighbors. I also had to hire 2 helpers in Colorado springs my final destination so I can return the truck on time and be finished to return to work. they gave me a little over $200 in credit but it means nothing to me because the people who I spoke with me didn't care about me and made me feel horrible. I lost more than the 200 credit they gave me. I will contact headquarters and will make sure they now how I was treated & how poorly customer service skills Tamara hinz has.

I dropped trailer off at what I assume was after hours before holiday weekend. Called multiple times and left voicemails asking for them to call me when they opened to verify my trailer and paperwork was excepted. Never received a simple call back. Never entered the buisness

I had U-Haul install the hitch & wiring on my new vehicle 6 weeks before I needed to haul the trailer so everything would be set. When I picked up the 5x8 pull behind from the secondary spot the turn signals would not work. I had to pull the trailer without turn signals approx. 5 miles to the bigger U-Haul center that had installed the hitch & wiring 6 weeks prior only to be told I needed a brand new convertor and that would cost an additional $150.00 because the original one was more than 30 days old. Keep in mind, I had never used the hitch or wiring before now, so as far as I know, the convertor they installed 6 weeks earlier was faulty then. Also, when they initially installed the hitch/wiring it took 3 guys 8 hours & they kept saying "we're just taking our time because it's a new vehicle" yah, right. It's sad when a company does not stand behind their own product & employees. Lesson learned, you have to buy the hitch & wiring protection package just to cover yourself because U-Haul doesn't stand behind their product.

I had a reservation for 3 weeks prior to the date I needed the truck and it was not available. I called the corporate headquarters, regional headquarters to get some action but to no avail could they get me a truck on the day I needed it. I was then told that the truck was not at the location I requested for pick up and it was at a location that was not open on Sunday. I was very disappointed in the lack of effort to get me a truck and I am very reluctant to use the service again

A bolt was broke on the trailer, which I did not notice at my initial pick up. Also, the woman who hooked up my trailer must not have tightened the trailer hitch onto the van ball hitch. This caused the trailer to fall off of the ball hitch of the uhaul van; thankfully I was not driving a far distance when it happened. They also did not contact the store which was supposed to receive the truck in order to inform them about the adapter that had to be used for the trailer break lights to be hooked up to the truck, as the receiving store had no idea why it was needed.
